What is a typical staging experience?

Carousel does an initial tour/assessment of the property and typically sends seller & agent a same day proposal
Seller signs and returns proposal and sets a preferred install date
Carousel prepares inventory, delivers and installs the transformation
Your listing goes live
You get a contract! Once under contract, the seller notifies Carousel of important loan and closing dates
Carousel schedules the staging to be removed after the bank has approved all loans, typically a few days before closing
Does home staging really work?
Absolutely YES. It works, and is has come to be expected in today’s market. Study after study has showed that staging helps homes sell faster and for more money than non-staged homes. Our properties spend fewer days on market and net a higher average sales price than comparable non-staged property.
How much does it cost?
Nothing* Studies by the National Association of Realtors and several professional staging organizations show that homeowners get their money back from staging, and most often, make a significant return on this investment. We believe in staging. We believe in making it an affordable option for every homeowner. Our pricing is competitive, and we work with homeowners to create an individualized plan that will meet every budget.
